In order to run their businesses, understand their cashflow and see what the underlying usage that their accounts and applications create, we have created several reports which developers can use.
o Provide the Developer a report which will show all sales over a period of time. This will show data that potentially the developer has not been paid or billed for yet.
o Ability to show the developer Sales data
o All Successful Payment Captures during a time period.
o Provide the Developer a report where they can see usage information per product that they have published for a certain time period
o Provide the Developer a way to see who their customer base is. This should show customer billing information including phone number and email contact information. This shows what products that a customer has ordered.
o Provide the Developer a revenue report which will show breakdown of net amount of payment made to the developer or billed to the developer for a specified time range. This report is not intended to show future revenue streams.
o Ability to show the developer break down of what we used for calculations in paying or billing the Developer on a monthly basis. This includes the following:
o Sales (without sales tax)
o Usage and Fees
o Sales tax on usage and fees
o Chargebacks (minus Sales Tax) that have happened in the time frame
o Any rollover balance from a previous month because we were unable to either bill or pay
o Provide the Developer a report which will show information about all customers which currently are signed up for a Free trial on their products.
o Ability to show the developer customer information as well as start and end date information about current free trials. This is not to indicate free trials that have been converted into paying subscriptions. This is an AS of Date report. It should show all Free Trials at the point the report is run.
o The Developer Free Trial Usage report has been extended to list subscribers who have signed up for beta programs as well as free trials. The report includes user contact information along with the dates upon which each subscriber‘s beta plan or free trial will expire
o
Presents a list of application subscribers (and
their contact info) for whom the IPP Billing service could not collect the
monthly subscription fee. This information helps developers work through
collection issues with their subscribers.
