Premium APIs are part of the Intuit App Partner Program and are available to Silver, Gold, and Platinum partners only. Builder tier partners do not have access to premium APIs.
To upgrade your tier, visit the Intuit Developer Portal. For more information on tiers and benefits, see the Intuit App Partner Program FAQ.
Once you’re on a qualifying tier, the premium API scopes will appear under Restricted scopes on your app’s Permissions page in the Developer Portal. Enable the scopes you need, then add them to your OAuth authorization requests. Each API’s get started page lists its specific scope names.
