You can create a new app for Intuit Enterprise Suite or use an app that you have already created for QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payments, or QuickBooks Payroll.
To create a new app, follow the instructions for the APIs that you want to use: QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payments, or QuickBooks Payroll. You will use the same process to build your new app as described for those APIs.
The apps that you build can be usable for both Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payments, or QuickBooks Payroll.

To make your app available for both Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payments, or QuickBooks Payroll, be sure that the app is designed to support all features.
If you already have an app integration that works with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Payments, or QuickBooks Payroll, it will seamlessly support Intuit Enterprise Suite customers as well. No changes are needed.
A sandbox environment is not currently available for Intuit Enterprise Suite. Use the QuickBooks Online Advanced sandbox to test the core features. For more information, go here.
